1. Job Purpose:The FMCG Private debt team is in charge of monitoring the investment performance of all funds and portfolios managed by AXA REIM SGP owning commercial real estate and infrastructure private debt assets. It covers a wide range of activities, controlling and reporting financial data, but also implementing leverage and hedging strategies and ensuring proper governance on all managed entities or funds across Europe.

2. Main responsibilities:

•    Contribute to financial and risk control of debt portfolios; •    Calculate risk ratios and check investment constraints on all funds;•    Participate in the preparation of annual, semi-annual, quarterly or monthly reporting (including regulatory reporting) and financial or investment performance dashboards, and ad hoc external and internal reporting (e.g. for Supervisory Boards);•    Ensure follow-up of accuracy and timeliness of service providers deliverables (Fund Administrator, Corporate Manager,…) as well as compliance with the production schedule;•    Participate in closing and funding on new investments;•    Contribute to the integration of financial data within the IT integrated system and regular reconciliation of loans and derivatives portfolios.

Education/Qualifications

•    Degree in Finance/Investment Management/Real Estate or similar degree/qualification – Final year
