We are looking for a native German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Paris team. You will generate new business opportunities in the DACH region, working closely with our Head of Growth and DACH Market Lead across sales, business development and growth marketing.

  • Identify prospects for the Climate School (sustainability training for companies) in the DACH market through research, LinkedIn and events

  • Contact potential clients via email, calls and LinkedIn to arrange meetings for the sales team

  • Qualify leads by understanding their challenges in sustainability, ESG, or corporate training, as well as budget, decision-makers, and timing.

  • Secure meetings and product demos for Account Executives.

  • Support targeted campaigns and growth marketing initiatives to reach decision-makers in HR, L&D, sustainability and leadership development

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach sequences.

  • Stay informed on sustainability, climate adaptation and corporate training trends

  • Travels to the DACH-region will be required


Preferované skúsenosti

  • Native German with very good English

  • University degree or equivalent, with internship or early career experience in sales, business development, prospecting or growth marketing

  • Interest in sustainability, ESG and climate topics

  • Motivation to work on staff and leadership training, e-learning, workshops and webinars

  • Organised, self-motivated and eager to learn

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
