At Coachello, we help organizations transform the way they develop their people through a unique combination of human coaching and AI. As we scale, we’re looking for a highly strategic Account Manager to support, grow, and elevate some of our most important clients.
This role sits at the heart of Coachello’s mission. You’ll work with CHROs, HR Directors, Talent & Leadership teams, and business leaders to help them build stronger managers, accelerate internal mobility, and create real impact across their workforce.
You won’t just manage accounts, you’ll shape value, influence strategy, expand relationships, and position Coachello as an indispensable partner.
You’ll work closely with a dedicated CSM and collaborate daily with the founders, our Sales, Product, and Coaching teams.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture deep, long-term partnerships with HR, L&D, Talent, and business leaders.
Become a trusted advisor who brings structure, insight, and thought-leadership to every interaction.
Lead Strategic Business Reviews with senior stakeholders to align on objectives, showcase ROI, and guide future directions.
Advocate for client needs internally, shaping the product roadmap and elevating insights that improve the overall experience.
Strategic Adoption & Value Delivery
Define the strategic adoption roadmap, ensuring Coachello supports each client’s leadership development, internal mobility, and transformation priorities.
Work closely with the CSM, who manages operational engagement (trainings, workflows, reminders).
Advise clients on high-value use cases, best practices, and long-term deployment strategies that maximize organizational impact.
Data, Insights & ROI
Analyze dashboards, engagement data, and satisfaction metrics with the CSM to identify risks and opportunities.
Translate coaching insights, assessment results, and behavior trends into actionable recommendations for leadership and HR teams.
Build and present strategic impact reports highlighting capability growth, mobility readiness, engagement uplift, performance improvements, and business outcomes.
Capability Presentations & Product Mastery
Work closely with the Product team to master new features, roadmap updates, and upcoming capabilities.
Lead quarterly capability presentations to inspire clients on how to leverage new functionalities across their organization.
Deliver compelling, tailored demos that help clients envision the future of their coaching and talent strategy.
Strategic Expansion & Global Scaling
Map client organizations to uncover new entities, regions, or business units where Coachello can drive impact.
Build expansion strategies that move clients from localized deployments to multi-entity or global rollouts.
Partner with Sales to craft high-impact proposals aligned with the client’s structure, ambitions, and transformation roadmap.
Drive meaningful upsells and cross-sells anchored in genuine client needs and measurable outcomes.
Lead the strategic onboarding phase, setting the right expectations, success metrics, and long-term vision with senior stakeholders.
The CSM manages the operational setup — you ensure the strategic alignment is rock-solid.
Facilitate kickoff discussions, ensuring every program is anchored in clear goals, impact metrics, and business outcomes.
Deliver executive training sessions and contribute to high-quality enablement content (guides, decks, videos).
Build and follow strategic success roadmaps with milestones, adoption targets, and impact goals.

✅ What You Bring
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or another strategic client-facing role in Consulting Firm (People Transformation, Human Capital..), HR Tech, L&D, or coaching is necessary
Fluency in French and English — able to lead conversations with HR leaders in both languages.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
A commercial and consultative approach: comfortable recommending new solutions and driving upsells.
A track record of building long-term client relationships and delivering measurable value.
Bonus: experience with HubSpot, Notion, Typeform, or LMS platforms.
