Descriptif des missions proposées
Le service EVP – Prototype Flight Line fait partie du département Essais en Vol au sein de l’Engineering ATR. Il intervient au cœur des activités de développement des avions prototypes et joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre des modifications avion, la préparation et le suivi des essais au sol et en vol, ainsi que dans le maintien de la navigabilité des deux prototypes ATR.

Detailed description of the mission
The EVP – Prototype Flight Line department is part of the Flight Test organization within ATR Engineering. It operates at the heart of prototype aircraft development and plays a key role in implementing aircraft modifications, preparing and supporting ground and flight tests, and ensuring the continued airworthiness of ATR’s two prototypes.
• Line Maintenance:
o Perform updates of avionics databaseso Actively contribute to troubleshooting investigations and technical analyseso Ensure traceability of operationso Carry out inspections and testso Check and update aircraft logbookso Record work performed and archive documentation
• Scheduled Maintenanceo Participate in maintenance worksite organization meetingso Take part in avionics, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air data testso Prepare maintenance documentation packageso Maintenance planning and work schedulingo Provide support to maintenance teamso Carry out inspections and testso Prepare aircraft return to service following maintenance activitieso Participate in the improvement of the maintenance programo Verify flight documentationo Update airworthiness datao Carry out inspections and testso Monitor non-conformities until closure
• Application of Experimental Sketcheso Analyze and test new maintenance procedures on systems under development, then write reports and propose corrective procedureso In coordination with the EVI department and the Design Office, participate in the analysis and feasibility of flight test installations, aircraft modifications, and test contento Carry out inspections and testso Prepare aircraft return to service following modification activities
• Cross-functional Activitieso Participate in planning meetingso Write test reports and parameter data recordso Create and standardize data recording templateso Contribute to the organization and improvement of the computerized management of the technical database of prototype aircraft (records, technical reports, etc.)
