Descriptif des missions proposées

Le service EVP – Prototype Flight Line fait partie du département Essais en Vol au sein de l’Engineering ATR. Il intervient au cœur des activités de développement des avions prototypes et joue un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre des modifications avion, la préparation et le suivi des essais au sol et en vol, ainsi que dans le maintien de la navigabilité des deux prototypes ATR.

Maintenance en ligne :

• Effectuer les mises à jour des data bases avioniques
• Contribuer activement aux recherches de pannes et aux analyses techniques
• Assurer la traçabilité des opérations
• Réalisation de contrôles et des essais
• Vérification et mise à jour des documents de bord
• Enregistrement des travaux et archivage des documents

Maintenance Programmée:

• Participer aux réunions d’organisation des chantiers de maintenance  
• Participer aux essais avioniques, électriques, hydrauliques, mécaniques et anémométriques
• Élaboration des dossiers de maintenance
• Planification de la maintenance et ordonnancement des travaux
• Assistance aux équipes de maintenance
• Réalisation de contrôles et des essais
• Préparation de la remise en service suite à un chantier de maintenance
• participation à l’amélioration du programme de maintenance
• vérification des  documents de vol
• mise à jour des données de navigabilité
• Réalisation de contrôles et des essais  
• Suivi des non conformités jusqu’à leurs clôture

Application de croquis expérimentaux:

• Analyser et tester les nouvelles procédures de maintenance sur les systèmes en développement puis rédiger un rapport et proposition de procédures correctives

• En coordination avec le service EVI et le Bureau d’Études, participer à l’analyse et la faisabilité des installations d’essais en vol, des modifications avion et du contenu des essais.

Activités transverses:

• Participer aux réunions de planifications
• Rédiger les rapports d’essais et de relevés de paramètres
• Créer et uniformiser les Template de relevés
• Contribuer à l’organisation et à l’amélioration de la gestion informatique de la base de données technique des avions prototypes (relevés, rapports techniques, etc.)

Detailed description of the mission

The EVP – Prototype Flight Line department is part of the Flight Test organization within ATR Engineering. It operates at the heart of prototype aircraft development and plays a key role in implementing aircraft modifications, preparing and supporting ground and flight tests, and ensuring the continued airworthiness of ATR’s two prototypes.

• Line Maintenance:

o Perform updates of avionics databaseso Actively contribute to troubleshooting investigations and technical analyseso Ensure traceability of operationso Carry out inspections and testso Check and update aircraft logbookso Record work performed and archive documentation

• Scheduled Maintenanceo Participate in maintenance worksite organization meetingso Take part in avionics, electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and air data testso Prepare maintenance documentation packageso Maintenance planning and work schedulingo Provide support to maintenance teamso Carry out inspections and testso Prepare aircraft return to service following maintenance activitieso Participate in the improvement of the maintenance programo Verify flight documentationo Update airworthiness datao Carry out inspections and testso Monitor non-conformities until closure

• Application of Experimental Sketcheso Analyze and test new maintenance procedures on systems under development, then write reports and propose corrective procedureso In coordination with the EVI department and the Design Office, participate in the analysis and feasibility of flight test installations, aircraft modifications, and test contento Carry out inspections and testso Prepare aircraft return to service following modification activities

• Cross-functional Activitieso Participate in planning meetingso Write test reports and parameter data recordso Create and standardize data recording templateso Contribute to the organization and improvement of the computerized management of the technical database of prototype aircraft (records, technical reports, etc.)

This apprenticeship is designed for you

• BTS Aéronautique
• Knack  in mechanics and/or avionics
• Awareness in aeronautical regulations is appreciated
• Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office)
• Interest in flight test activities and prototype environment
