What You Will Do

• Lead and deliver LLM projects: Manage the design, development, and deployment of NLP and LLM-powered solutions for our clients.
• Mentor and manage teams: Guide junior engineers, data scientists, and consultants in implementing cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Innovate and strategize: Drive experimentation with LLMs to identify new use cases and develop generative AI tools and products.
• Engage with clients: Collaborate with client teams to translate their business needs into impactful AI solutions.
• Shape our expertise: Contribute to the company’s thought leadership by publishing insights, presenting at conferences, or driving internal training.

What You Bring

• A degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MSc or PhD) are a plus.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in AI, with a focus on NLP, LLMs, or generative AI.
• Consulting experience, including managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with NLP/AI frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, OpenAI, Cohere).
• Leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in English is required; French or other languages are a plus.
