The difference you’ll make

As Head of CRO partnerships, you will build and lead the Wet Infra team and will be in charge of accelerating our drug discovery process by setting up the right Chemistry and Biology CRO partnerships and ways of working.

What you'll do

  • Define our partnership strategy with CROs and build relationships with them
  • Negotiate and finalize partnerships with new CROs
  • Assess the performance of these partnerships
  • Build a team by hiring a CRO Ops
  • Set up KPIs metrics for success for the wet infra team
  • Enable acceleration on current projects & CROs

    • Your profile

  • +10 years of experience in Biology or Chemistry
  • Experience in CRO and/or in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • An experience in a Biotech would be a big plus
  • Ability to negotiate and benchmark to work at best practice price levels
