We are looking for a talented Product Ops professional to join our dynamic team of 15+ Product people consisting of PMs & Lead PMs, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers & Product Data Analysts. This role is critical in supporting the growth on ongoing development of our products & team.

Reporting directly to the CPO, you will play a pivotal role in creating new processes, supporting the product team upskilling and leading cross-functional projects.

You also be responsible for ensuring that our processes work efficiently, working closely the Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Banking and Ops Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the overall success of our business in a rapidly evolving environment.

About the mission

• Develop and refine product operations processes including ideation, prioritisation, development, launch and ongoing optimisation.
• Work closely with other functions including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Banking and Ops to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product initiatives.
• Implement tools and systems to streamline product operations, such as project management platforms, analytics tools and communication channels.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance product quality, efficiency, and scalability - working closely with the CPO and other stakeholders to prioritize and execute initiatives that drive maximum value for the business and its users.
• Analyse data and internal user feedback to identify opportunities for product process improvement and to inform decision making.
• Contribute directly to team engagement: understanding team morale to ensure the team feels connected and motivated, and communicating this to Product Leadership where necessary to make the right decisions.
• Coordinate and execute Product & Engineering internal events, fostering team cohesion and knowledge sharing within the organisation.

About you

• Proven experience in a Product Ops role (minimum 3 years' experience) or confirmed Product Manager role with Product Ops appetite, in a start-up, scale-up or large organisation.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Figma, Notion or Linear.
• Strong knowledge of agile software development methodologies.
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Full proficiency in English to deliver company-wide presentations and announcements.
• Ideally, an understanding of the fundamental principles of financial/BNPL product technology.
