Your responsibilities
Accounting tasks in CZ entity of Aeven
Booking of invoices, expense reports
Issuing invoices
Review of open transactions, review of general ledger, reconciliation of accounts, reconciliation of intercompany transactions and balances
Review and preparation of accruals, internal documents
Preparation of VAT returns, cooperation with tax advisor on CIT returns
Monthly reporting tasks
Preparation of monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, review of G/L movements
Cooperation with auditors, preparation of annual closure
Other adhoc tasks based on the instructions from Finance Manager
5 weeks of vacations/year

We are looking for a friendly colleague who loves teamwork, accounting and wants to deliver top-notch service to our stakeholders.
You are an experienced accountant (min. 3 years)
You are a university graduate from the accounting or related field
You have experience from an international company
You are able to work independantly
You are an advanced user of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables.. )
You are a pro-active detail oriented person with an analytical mindset
You are organised and willing to meet deadlines
You are fluent in English and Czech
