Job description

As France and Benelux Marketing Manager, you report to the CMO and are a key member of the La Vie leadership Team.

You will be part of the Marketing Leadership Team together with the UK Marketing Manager, the Head of Product, and the La Vie Studio creative team.

You will peer in with the French sales team (retail and food service) and the Export sales team for Belgium & Holland, as well as with your local distributor in the Netherlands.

You will manage a team of 5 persons and a trainee.

In France:

- Growth Senior Brand Manager

- Growth Junior Brand Manager

- Social Media Manager

- Junior Community Manager

- Trainee

In Benelux:

- Benelux Marketing Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of the Country market leader is to ensure brand awareness, brand fame on the long-term equity platforms defined together with the CMO, and the very fast growth of the brand equity and the brand sales in the given geography.

The Marketing Leader will define the marketing strategy, the local activation plan, and the use of resources, in line with the global marketing strategy and brand guidelines to deliver the mission goals, the business goals, and the brand goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Build the marketing plans to deliver the equity and business objectives: define touchpoints, allocate resources, track KPIs, and measure success.

2. Lead the local activation of the social media strategy, lead and inspire social media agencies (external then internal), to develop the largest and most engaged online community in the meat analog in his or her geography.

3. Lead the local trade marketing plans and execution in retail and in foodservice (physical and digital), in close collaboration with the sales local team, to reach velocities and fame in both channels.

4. Manage and develop a direct team of talented La Vie lovers

5. Ensure the successful launch of innovation in the markets

6. Nourish the global team (CMO, Innovation, Studio) with local consumer, client, and business insights to make sure the right brand and innovation content are developed for your markets.

Tomorrow’s responsibilities (Head of Locals): The position could evolve in the long term as Head of Locals, being in charge of the brand activations in all the European countries
