As our Chief People Officer, you design and implement our HR strategy to attract, develop, retain and reward top talents. You report to our Chief Operating Officer. You collaborate on a daily basis with the 360Learning leadership to ensure their teams are staffed, skilled and engaged to deliver 360Learning’s long-term plan of global growth.

You’re the steward of our Convexity culture as the company scales and the sponsor of our DEI strategy.

You lead a team of 15 highly skilled HR professionals in all fields: HR Business Partnering, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development. 

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Familiarize yourself with 360Learning's culture, values, and current People processes. 
  • Connect with key stakeholders, including leaders in Talent Acquisition, Learning &Development, and Total Rewards.
  • Conduct a preliminary assessment of current People strategies and identify immediate areas for enhancement. Provide your inputs.
  • Within 3 months, you will:

  • Collaborate with leadership to formulate a People strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Work closely with the People team to ensure alignment and understanding of strategic objectives.
  • Launch priority initiatives addressing identified areas for improvement.
  • Join our global DEI effort, partnering with our ERGs and leading by example.
  • Within 6 months, you will:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for People processes to measure the impact on business performance.
  • Strengthen partnerships with internal centers of expertise, ensuring seamless collaboration with HRBPs, HR Ops, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Total Rewards.
  • Turn insights into impactful team action plans to drive performance and retention.
  • Within 12 months, you will:

  • Fully implement and refine the comprehensive People strategy.
  • Develop a framework for talent development, ensuring alignment with reskilling and upskilling objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance and sustain a positive organizational culture of Convexity.
  • Grow, network and build thought leadership for both your benefit and that of 360Learning.
  • The Skill Set

  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CPO or in a senior People function.
  • HR playbook mastery: Clear understanding of all the scopes within HR (i.e., Talent Acquisition, HR BP, HR Ops, L&D, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Engagement).
  • Global Mindset: Experience working across EMEA and North America with an understanding of regional nuances.
  • Experience in working with R&D teams.
  • Change Management: Proficiency in driving and managing change initiatives.
  • Results-orientated with a data-driven approach.
  • Passion for diversity and transparency.
  • Experience or interest in delivering an engagement strategy in a nearly full remote company.
