As part of the international sales team, you will be responsible for selling our eSignature product and remote identification services to B2B customers. As an International Account Executive, you will work on the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and upsells with direct and partnership/channel prospects. You will mainly focus on the German market and secondary on the European market.

As an Account Executive you will :

  • Work closely with the Business Development team, which is responsible for outbound lead qualification. You will also be responsible for generating your own pipeline
  • Create, manage and close your sales pipeline consisting of inbound, outbound and partner leads
  • Conduct demos and build a deep understanding of our products. You will partner with our pre-sales engineer
  • Actively listen to your prospects, understand and reformulate their challenges and pain points.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service, Marketing and Product teams to optimize our customer experience and improve the marketing pitch as well as the product
  • Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity in our CRM (Salesforce) with the aim of ensuring high data quality

You are above all a "dealmaker" 🤝, you express yourself with clarity and conviction in order to highlight the value of our solution. You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor, and know how to negotiate with a win-win mindset.

    - Your oral and written communication skills in Italian (native level) and English are excellent. Speaking another European language is a plus
    - You already have at least 2 years of closing experience in Italy and other European countries is a plus
    - You are willing to work from our office in Paris, France
    - You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you are self-driven
    - You are action oriented, you are able to keep the big picture in mind in order to prioritize your to-dos properly
    - You know how to adapt to all situations: adjust your speech, bounce back, interact, and convince
    - Your verbal and written communication skills are impressive: you can put complex issues into simple words
    - You have a positive, enthusiastic and sociable personality

Recruitment process:  

1. A first phone call with a Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss in further details

2. This will be followed by a 30min interview with Dominik, Country Manager DACH

3. The next step is a Sales case study: on opportunity to show us your sales skills

4. Last round: you will meet with Alban, CEO and Ciaran, Sales Director
