Job Description:

We’re looking for a Business Developer / Consultant in commercial real estate to help us develop workin.space’s business in the Netherlands.

Working closely with the workin.space management team, you will be based in Paris, and will be involved in the start-up’s development in the Netherlands, improving our network of partners, and providing the best possible advice to our customers.

Your tasks :

  • Sourcing, support and management of a partner portfolio

  • Advice, follow-up and management of incoming leads

  • Sales recommendations for key accounts

  • Organize visits and travel for key account appointments

  • Digital, telephone and physical canvassing

  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into marketing campaigns and product development initiatives.

  • Ensure daily business intelligence

Your objectives:

  • Establish a network of reliable and responsive partners

  • Participate in the implementation of dynamic and attractive sales actions

  • Enrich your professional network and boost referrals

  • Achieve annual sales: quantitative and qualitative targets

  • Be involved in the development of cross-functional projects

  • Prepare regular reports on partnership effectiveness and recommend strategic adjustments where necessary.

Requisitos

Skills required:

  • Fluency in Dutch and English. French is a bonus.

  • Proven experience in sales and/or partnership management in real estate or human resources.

  • Excellent negotiation, written and oral communication and customer relationship management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong results orientation and ability to meet and exceed growth targets.

  • Initial telephone interview
