Your role:

We are looking for a senior Sales Development Representative to help us achieve our ambitious goals within the SDR team and the UK market 💼
As an SDR, you must be organized, communicative and focused. Reporting to the SDR Team Leader, your mission will be to prospect and qualify new clients and re engage previous ones to build more pipeline 📈

This makes objection handling, calls and demos engaging and rewarding. Your mission is to convince prospects to give the platform a try. What will you be doing:

  • Become a product expert and learn the needs and challenges of our key buyer profiles 📚

  • Execute strategic multi channel outbound outreach to Mid Market and Enterprise prospects ✅

  • Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to create and launch targeted outbound campaigns 🤝

  • Conduct qualification calls and demos using established criteria to ensure alignment with our value proposition 💡

  • Understand the needs of prospects and clearly articulate the value Naboo provides ⭐️

  • Support enablement of new SDRs by sharing knowledge and best practices


Requisitos

You are the ideal candidate if:

  • Outstanding communication, organization and presentation skills.

  • Native English speaker, more languages are welcome.

  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound quotas.

  • Goal oriented mindset with strong perseverance.

  • Ambitious and hunter minded with strong ethics and integrity.

  • Highly collaborative and able to work closely with Sales Executives for strong handoffs and conversion.

  • Customer centric mindset.

  • Proactive attitude and creative lead generation skills.

  • Legal authorization to work in Spain.

  • Previous experience in SaaS sales or sales development is a strong advantage.

  • Strong skills using data and productivity tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, and experience working with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Clay or SalesNavigator.

  • Step 2: Speed Dating with 4 or 5 employees

  • Step 3: Business Case with Stefan

  • Step 4: Call with Stefan and eventually with the CMO
