The design team brings innovation, creating visual experiences aligned with client goals, while the development team employs Extreme Programming to ensure realistic goals and high-quality products.

The responsibilities

We are looking a passionate Digital Project Manager to assist projects in web, mobile, e-commerce, data & AI solutions

Join our dynamic project management team in an agency where creativity and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. Under the guidance of a Project Director, you will be responsible for executing digital projects from start to finish, delivering real and tangible impacts for our clients.

What will you do?

• Lead Exciting Projects: You’ll handle everything from planning to designing and executing projects that transform digital experiences.

• Create Clear Guides: You’ll write straightforward guidelines that help the team achieve our goals.

• Design User-Friendly Wireframes: Using tools like Figma or Linear , you’ll create interactive designs that improve how users interact with our products.

• Offer Top-Notch Client Support: You’ll be the go-to person for our clients, providing personalized and proactive solutions.

• Motivate and Work with Teams: You’ll work closely with talented designers and developers to build a team environment that’s supportive and creative.

• Use Data Effectively: You’ll set up plans to track how well things are going and use tools like Google Analytics to gain insights.

• Keep Innovating: You’ll stay updated on the newest tech and market trends to make sure our projects stay ahead.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and monitor the progress of ongoing projects

• Organise and lead meetings (dailies, retrospectives, etc.)

• Manage risks, issues, and actions to ensure smooth project execution

• Work with tech teams to estimate workloads and timelines

• Report progress and key metrics to stakeholders

• Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines

• Document processes and track actions and decisions

The experience

• 1-2 years of experience as a project manager in agency.

• Strong organizational skills and good interpersonal qualities

• Rigor, proactivity, and solution-oriented mindset

• Fluent in French, English, and Spanish

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (impeccable spelling)

• Ability to collaborate with diverse profiles (organization, technical, design)

• Proficient in project management tools (Notion, Jira, Monday, etc.)

Conditions

• Paid internships - 750€/month

• Start date in September

• 6 month contract with possibility of renewal

The process

Our selection process includes an initial interview with the HR department, who will send you a practical case to prepare. You’ll then present it in an interview with a team member. After that, you’ll have the chance to meet the Production Director, and if all goes well, you’ll receive an offer to join us.

The entire process usually takes less than two weeks.
