Responsibilities
Work in conjunction to establish the vision, charters, sprint, and milestone goals.
To set goals for the entire game and its milestones with a good understanding of the project scope, game market, competitors, and constraints.
Responsible for the coordination of feedback from all aspects of the product development. Ultimately responsible for final sign-off on product quality.
Responsible for following Virtuos’ best practices and processes required to run a project and manage a team.
Required to use scrum methodology for game development to guarantee identified product quality and validate the workflow pipeline of the project.
Responsible for organizing the team’s work, by establishing a communication plan between the client, internal cross-functional team and cross-studio teams.
As the owner of the Product Backlog, the Senior Game Producer should create and maintain backlog with the support from the key members of the team.
Responsible for all client management and maintenance and for general project risk management to include the following
Qualifications
8+ years’ experience as a Producer, managing teams within the creative or software development industry
Good working knowledge of games and an understanding of how game software is made
Mature personality, able to manage relationships at a senior level and appreciate multicultural working environments
Creative, pragmatic and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development
Strong leadership skills, able to drive various functions through the whole development process
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines
In-depth knowledge and passion for video games
Great communication skills
English proficiency
Nice to have :
Credited with one game launch in Producer role.
Strong knowledge of Agile Methology.
