We’re looking for our next Account Executive to cover one the market: Spain.

For a contract CDI or Freelance in our offices in Paris or Lisbon but also full remote possible in the country.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind our expansion, responsible for managing customer accounts and developing new opportunities. Thanks to our SDR team’s active prospecting, you’ll already have qualified leads at your disposal, allowing you to concentrate on what’s most important: holding successful meetings with our potential customers.

You will mainly be responsible for:

  • CRM follow-up: ensure rigorous follow-up of leads and opportunities in the CRM, with regular reporting on key sales KPIs.

  • Prospect nurturing: maintain and renew contact with old prospects, inviting them to take part in digital marketing events, webinars and conferences.

  • Owning every step of the sales cycle : determining the customer’s needs, demonstrating Veesion’s advantages and guiding the customer through the buying process to close the sale.

  • Conduct live product demonstrations at meetings, with inbound and outbound prospects.

  • Leading and contributing to team projects to develop and refine our sales process (analysis, best practices, competitive benchmark,…)

  • Closing deals to hit both individual and team targets.

  • Collaboration with the sales team: work closely with the sales team to follow up the quality of each lead.

In this exciting adventure, we’re looking for a determined person who will play a key role in Veesion’s mission: to convince as many retailers as possible to sign up against shoplifting.


Your Profile

  • You have strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and can carry on a conversation with anyone. You like people and listening to them, and it shows.

  • You enjoy a challenge and persevere to achieve your goals. You like to get your foot in the door.

  • You’re comfortable with the day-to-day use of CRM.

  • You are agile and adaptable to change.

  • You have a good sense of synthesis and are able to navigate complexity to reformulate a need into a simple proposal.

  • You’re autonomous and organized.

  • You need to speak spanish.
