Your Mission

As a Platform Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person for everything that keeps our platforms stable, secure, scalable, and evolving. You won’t need to know everything from day one, but you’ll learn fast while taking ownership of production systems, DevOps, and security practices.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-prem environments

• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage configurations with Ansible

• Own CI/CD using GitLab or Azure DevOps pipelines

• Maintain monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)

• Handle L3 production troubleshooting and critical incident support

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & postmortems with follow-up actions

• Integrate security into the DevOps workflow :

  • Implement secure deployment pipelines

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and HIPAA standards

  • Perform vulnerability management, security hardening, and audits

• Collaborate with Dev, Compliance, and Support teams to improve platform reliability and security

• Execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new tools, services, and architecture improvements

• Continuously improve automation, processes, deployment reliability, and security posture

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering

• Hands-on with:

  • Linux & networking fundamentals

  • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/on-prem)

  • AWS / Azure cloud platforms

  • Terraform and Ansible

  • CI/CD tools: GitLab, Azure DevOps

  • Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch

• Experienced in L3 production troubleshooting

• Knowledge of security best practices and healthcare compliance (ISO 27001 / HIPAA)

• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn new skills quickly

• Process-oriented, collaborative, and ready to own platform reliability and security end-to-end

1. Initial Screening (30 minutes) – Brief conversation to review background, experience, and interest.

2. Technical Interview – Hands-on discussion and problem-solving session to assess cloud, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and troubleshooting skills.

3. Meeting with Director of Platform – Discuss motivation, technical approach, and security strategy.

4. HR Interview & Offer Discussion – Review benefits, culture fit, and finalize employment offer.
