Descripción del puesto

As RushBee continues our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead commercial growth. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who possesses a deep understanding of how Media, Creative, and Activation disciplines intersect to drive client ROI. Working directly with our media planning, content and creative teams, the Business Development  Manager will be responsible for driving pricing and packaging processes and to be a key revenue driver for RushBee.

Unlike traditional sales roles that focus on a single service line, this position requires a consultative approach. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities and delivering comprehensive, multi-disciplinary solutions that leverage our full suite of services.

Key responsibilities :

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities that align with the agency’s expertise in media placement, creative strategy, and brand activation.

  • Lead the development of bespoke client proposals. You will be responsible for ensuring that recommended strategies are holistically integrated—demonstrating how media spend, creative assets, and activation tactics work in tandem to meet client objectives.

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from initial outreach through to contract finalization. You will be accountable for hitting defined revenue targets with a focus on high-margin, multi-service engagements.

  • Act as the primary bridge between the client and our internal delivery teams during the pitch process. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that proposed scopes of work are operationally feasible and commercially viable.

  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies within the media and creative landscapes to better position the agency’s value proposition.

Requisitos

Professional Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience within an agency sales environment (Media, Creative, or Full-Service). A proven track record of selling integrated campaigns with a strong focus on media is essential.

  • A sophisticated understanding of agency pricing models, including retainers, project-based fees, and performance-based incentives.

  • Exceptional  presentation and interpersonal writing skills. You must be able to translate complex technical concepts (such as media attribution or production workflows) into clear, business-focused benefits for C-suite stakeholders.

  • The ability to look beyond a client’s initial request to identify broader business challenges that our diverse service offerings can address.

  • A robust and current network of contacts across major European media agencies (mandatory).

Candidate Attributes :

  • Consultative Approach: You prioritize long-term client partnerships over short-term transactions.

  • Operational Grounding: You have a working knowledge of the “delivery” side of an agency, allowing you to set realistic expectations and protect agency margins.

  • Self-Governance: As a key member of a growing firm, you are disciplined in managing your own pipeline and reporting without the need for high levels of administrative oversight.

  • Outstanding negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex contractual and financial discussions.

  • Highly strategic mindset, capable of building and presenting data-backed, consultative sales strategies to C-level executives..

  • A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and a competitive drive to succeed in a target-driven environment.

  • A genuine passion for gaming, esports, or the broader entertainment industry is a plus.

  • Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
