Job Description

Joining Quiz Room as a Business Development Manager (SDR) means stepping into the heart of a rapidly growing, highly international project and being directly involved in the company’s growth.

You will work with Cyrille, our Director of Development, on prospecting and implementing our commercial strategy. Your commercial and interpersonal skills will be essential to your success in this role.

This role is primarily focused on Sales Development (SDR) activities, with a strong emphasis on prospecting and lead qualification.

Responsibilities

  • Make incoming and outgoing calls to prospects with the aim of securing qualified appointments for the Director of Development (core SDR responsibility).

  • Provide sales support for international development

  • Drive business development through the acquisition of new franchises (lead identification).

  • Write and distribute newsletters to Quiz Room prospects.

  • Study diversification opportunities in France and abroad: benchmarking and creative thinking in a supply-driven market.

  • Use various prospecting tools: LinkedIn, CRM, Waallaxy, trade shows, etc.

  • Keep prospecting dashboards and various KPIs up to date.

  • Propose commercial adjustments: targeting, sales pitch, tools, etc.

  • Maintain a network of business introducers and key accounts.

  • Occasionally participate in field installations to support the deployment team.


Requisitos

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a commercial environment as a Business Developer (SDR).

  • You are genuinely excited by the idea of joining a company whose values include fun, high standards and sharing.

  • You are curious, have strong analytical skills and possess a strong ability to synthesize information.

  • You are tenacious and resilient.

  • You are perfectly bilingual in English, 90% of leads will be in English (another language is a plus).

  • You are ready to get fully involved in bringing projects to fruition.


Proceso de selección

  • 15-20 minute phone interview with Jonathan, HR Manager

  • At our offices: 30-minute case study followed by an interview with Cyrille, Director of Development and Deployment at Quiz Room

  • 30-minute interview with Tristan, CEO of Quiz Room.
