Be the first Key Account Manager at teale and own the Annual Recurring Revenue from our client portfolio
Help develop account management practices within teale
Missions
Develop a portfolio of active clients (mid-sized and large enterprises)
Map accounts and define an account growth strategy
Arrange regular meetings with key players in the accounts and ensure you are the point of contact for business opportunities
Evangelize teale vision through high-quality product demonstrations and account-specific initiatives
Work closely with our Client Success Manager team to gather relevant information about our existing clients, in order to generate upselling
Prepare account reviews with our clients in order to identify areas of development
Establish a long-term relationship with clients and play a key role in bringing value to the various stakeholders
Identifying new needs in advance, for a rapid and qualitative response in the proposal of new expert profiles
Fluent in English and French
7+ years of experience in a Key Account Manager role in B2B Saas
Experience in complex selling cycles
Knowledge of the HR/health sector
Able to handle meetings with C-Level and multiple stakeholder management
Able to establish short, medium, and long-term needs of clients
Entrepreneurial/optimistic spirit
1st interview with Mélissa, HR Manager
Roleplay with Emmanuel (Head of Sales) and Cléry (Head of CSM)
Interview with each of our 4 co-founders
