Swan is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to grow our revenue by ensuring the adoption, growth and success of our customers.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of Swan’s enterprise customers primarily in Spain (NB: we call them ‘partners’ at Swan). You will nurture relationships with these partners, help them market Swan’s offering, challenge their go-to-market strategy and product integration, understand their priorities, their customer base, and roadmap to increase our adoption and upsell them new features.
You are responsible for coordinating internal resources to deliver increased usage, adoption, and ultimately, significant revenue delivery. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role that requires a blend of relationship management, deep operational understanding, strategic consulting, technical knowledge, and commercial acumen.
The ideal candidate should be driven, analytical, have a track record of delivering on revenue, and possess a solid understanding of technical and regulatory concepts of a Financial Institution. They will leverage their consultative sales skills to understand partner and end-customer needs and position solutions for Swan’s long-term success. As a collaborative team player, they will work closely with our Product and Compliance teams to integrate critical prospect and partner requirements into our roadmap and streamline our onboarding processes.
While we’re expanding across Europe with local presence in multiple countries, this position could be based in Paris or Barcelona.

Ensure the success of our partners with Swan by:
Accelerating time-to-revenue during the onboarding phase
Driving planned revenue growth
Ensuring a high level of satisfaction and avoiding churn
✨ Your responsibilities
Manage your portfolio of partners and be accountable for their revenue growth.
Track and analyse your partners’ performance to identify opportunities and challenges
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) for top partners to track progress and align strategies, drive partner engagement with standardized monthly reporting and product marketing
Monitor and manage partner satisfaction through Health Score, CSAT, and other metrics
Coordinate with the product development team to convey customer requirements and feedback
Effectively work cross-functionally across the organization to shape Swan’s solutions to meet customer needs

✨ You’re a great match if:
4+ years of experience in account management, key account sales or CSM position in a start-up/scale-up, another fast-paced work environment or in a consulting firm.
You have a strong interest in startups and emerging technology businesses.
You can understand and articulate technical concepts, translating them into business- or industry-relevant language.
You are passionate about customer success and building long-term relationships.
You are data-driven and highly analytical.
You are fluent in Spain with professional proficiency in English.
