As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be part of newly shaped team where the main tasks are to deal with the administrative part of Human Resources and to run the payroll for our 4 entities (France, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada).

In HR, there is no “basic day”. You may have to work on a lot of different topics and maybe face some unforeseen requests so here is a non-exhaustive list of subjects you may help with:

-    Formalize contractual elements during all the employees’ journey (labor contracts, amendments, certificates),

-    Take care of our HR information and tasks and update them each time it is needed,

-    Make sure our HRIS and payroll information are always up-to-date through regular audits and appropriate quality control methods,

-   Manage immigration requests (work permits obtentions, renewals, National Security Number request),

- Answer to our employees HR tickets (and assign them to the appropriate owners when needed).

💰 Payroll

-  Update the relevant matrices on a daily basis,

-  Provide the needed information on time to our providers and to the Finance team to ensure our employees will be paid on time,

- Be part of the cross-validations,

- Lead any process optimization initiatives (automation, providers benchmark, etc.).

🤝 Team work

- Be proactive at anticipating business and people's needs across the company,

-    Build close partnerships and drive cross-functional projects with a lot of various teams such as Talent Acquisition, HRBP & Finance,
