The mission of the Sales department is simple, it is to help companies to set up or improve their internal communication thanks to Steeple 🔔

The idea of this service is to transform prospects into customers by working in synergy with the entire pre-sales team, which is in charge of making appointments for sales representatives.

The goal is to present our solution and its interest to prospects via video or physical demonstrations.

🤙 You will directly work with Jean-Baptiste, our founder.


The position


🚀 Growing fast, we're continuing our conquest of Spain! 🇪🇸

Steeple wants to support Spanish companies in their internal communication issues, and thus become the European leader by 2025.

With this in mind, our future Business Developer, accompanied by SDR, will be responsible for developing the Spanish market.

In the long term, you could be asked to build up a team and become Country Manager.

🤝 As such, your missions will be to:

  • Leading the development of the Steeple's offer for the Spanish market
  • Present and sell Steeple to interested companies and partners
  • Coordinate prospecting and lead acquisition
  • Create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility
  • Be the main contact for the Sales management team
  • Recruiting and managing other sales functions


The position is based in Madrid, with a permanent contract and is available immediately.

The position requires regular travel, you will be provided with a company car. 


The profile we are looking for

We are looking for a profile with experience of launching a business in the country.

A minimum of 5 years sales experience is expected.


💪 To accomplish all these missions:

  • Your are bilingual (or mother tongue) in Spanish and fluent in English, French is a bonus
  • You are an expert in sales techniques
  • You already have knowledge of the Spanish market and a network of contacts
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and your are proactive
  • You have excellent communication skills
