We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager in the Control domain to lead a cross-functional squad focused on building powerful, seamless, and scalable control features for finance teams and budget owners.

This role sits at the critical intersection of product, finance, and operations — where every decision has the potential to amplify the impact of finance teams by removing uncertainty, reducing compliance risks, and accelerating decision-making.

You'll own the Control product, which empowers finance teams to maintain complete visibility and governance over their spending through advanced rule setting, real-time reporting, and comprehensive approval workflows.

Your goal? To make it possible for our customers to control and oversee thousands of transactions with confidence, control, and transparency — no blind spots, no loopholes.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive product strategy in the control domain, ensuring it ladders up to business goals and customer value.
  • Partner closely with finance teams, product designers, and engineers to understand the end-to-end customer journey and solve for real-world complexity.
  • Own the roadmap and prioritisation across features like Budgets and Approval Workflows
  • Ensure the scalability of configuration as Spendesk serves larger and more complex multi-entity customers.
  • Define and track product success metrics that reflect improvements in customer happiness, adoption and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Success, Support) to capture feedback and iterate / improve.
  • Support go-to-market teams with clear documentation and impactful product launches.
  • Understand our competition to build out key competitive edges to help our customer facing teams win.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Deep curiosity for (or hands-on experience with) finance concerns such as budgeting or setting company spend policies.
  • Ability to understand and structure complex data models, workflows, and backend systems — and turn them into intuitive, high-leverage products.
  • Strong analytical mindset — you can balance user feedback with data insights to inform priorities and trade-offs.
  • Proven track record of shipping features that streamline workflows and improve productivity for operational or technical users.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — you bring clarity to ambiguity and alignment to complexity.
