As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will :

You will be in charge of the process from A to Z, and in complete autonomy:

  • Analyze the business needs by writing the job scorecard and defining a recruitment strategy to find the best candidates for Mid, Senior and Top Senior positions mainly for Tech, Product, Data and Digital Marketing departments; 
  • Implement sourcing strategies based on the understanding of the challenges of your perimeter and you ensure the maintenance of a pool of candidates to anticipate future needs; 
  • Work constantly to establish and maintain a Business Partner relationship with your hiring managers as well as your candidates to offer them an outstanding candidate experience; 
  • Coordinate, negotiate and optimize our attendance and/or collaboration at specific events and/or campaigns for all scopes of recruitment;
  • Monitor and report on its activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, making sure that the allocated budget is respected.

    About you :

  • At least 5 years experience in recruitment 
  • Dynamic and organized, you know how to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Listening skills, good interpersonal skills, and business-oriented
  • You speak French and English fluently. Spanish and Italian are a plus!
