We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Farmer Recruitment team with a strong analytical mindset and proven experience in managing CRM systems and data visualization tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the streamlining sales and data acquisitions operations, optimizing CRM workflows, and supporting the sales and data encoding team with insights to drive growth and efficiency.

You will be the owner of the team CRM process and reporting dashboard for the data acquisition and sales team. If you are a detail-oriented professional with expertise in CRM management, data analysis, and reporting, we want to hear from you.

Your role and responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM, ensuring the data is up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with sales processes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and data acquisition team to optimize CRM workflows, automation, lead management processes, and data acquisition process

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools like Metabase to provide insights into sales and operational performance and trends.

  • Conduct regular analysis of sales data, identify areas of improvement, and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Monitor sales and operational KPIs and metrics, track progress toward sales goals, and support the sales team with relevant data and tools.

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support on special projects related to sales strategy, processes, and performance.

  • Assist in training and onboarding new sales team and data acquisition team members on CRM and data reporting tools.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, mainly sales and data acquisition team but also marketing, product, finance to ensure alignment and data accuracy.


Requisitos

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing CRM systems, with HubSpot experience being a strong plus.

  • Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar platforms.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales operations or related roles.

  • Familiarity with automation tools or sales enablement platforms.

  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry or sustainability-focused businesses.
