As Snapshift’s Chief People Officer you will support the company’s transformation and rapid growth. This includes spearheading our personnel objective of going from 70 employees to 200 by the end of 2022 and then doubling the number of employees each year. We are looking for a Chief People Officer to help us build a best-in-class business and culture. You will be a member of the Executive Committee and have a strategic role in corporate governance. The Chief People Officer will drive HR strategy and have the unique opportunity to build our HR infrastructure from the ground up.
Reporting to the CEO, you will have a team of three direct reports. This new position is being created in response to recent fundraising that finances our rapid growth and the company’s international expansion.

Your initial team will consist of a recruitment manager, an HRBP and an office manager.
