To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

Context

As a key member of our 15-person Product Team, you will have a unique opportunity to directly impact our clients' daily operations, from day one. As a rapidly growing company, we're looking for passionate individuals who are eager to shape the future of workforce management for shifted teams and make a tangible impact on our clients.

We're looking specifically for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of user experience, as well as successful experience in managing B2C or B2B products.

Your missions

As a Senior Product Manager at Skello, you will lead the development and execution of our product strategy, driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and users. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including tech, product marketing, design, customer success and sales, to bring new features and products to market, while ensuring we achieve our business goals.

Concretely :

- Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritising features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and market research.

- Embody our product vision, and ensure it is embraced and enacted by all stakeholders.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across Skello to gather requirements, define specifications, and ensure product strategies align with business objectives.

- Lead an impact team with the Engineering Manager through agile development processes, and collaborate with Product peers (Product Marketing Managers & Product Designers) ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.

- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation on our different Products.

- Define and analyse key performance indicators to evaluate product success of your initiatives and features and make informed decisions based on data.

- Advocate for the customer, incorporating user feedback and usability testing findings into the product development process.

- Communicate product plans, benefits, and results to all stakeholders, including leadership stakeholders, the product team, and other impacted teams.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup, scale-up, or product-oriented company, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • You are analytical and user-focused, leveraging data to drive product decisions.
  • You have a strong understanding and proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Hotjar, and use them daily.
  • You are fluent in English, and if you also speak Spanish or German, it's a plus!
  • You go beyond assigned tasks, showing initiative.
  • You are organized and detail-oriented.
  • You are empathetic, always seeking to understand the real needs of the customer.
  • Hiring Process

  • You'll have a call with a member of our HR team for 15-30 minutes.
  • Next is an interview with one of our Lead Product Managers.
  • Then, a live practical case session with Ariane (VP Product) and another team member from the product team.
  • Finally, a vision interview with Quitterie, CEO, and co-founder.
