SINGULART has already connected more than 20,000 artists and clients across the art world. Our creators community is composed of more than 10,000 artists and designers from over 130 countries.

To guarantee an exceptional experience for our artists and customers, the Artist Liaison department has a Creator Care Team (team of 3 people) responsible for:

- Finding and onboarding the most talented artists from around the world, who will inspire our future collectors to bring art into their homes.

- Ensuring a high-quality service to our creators

We are looking for a smart, customer-focused, process-organized team member to fill the position of Customer Success Representative.  

Your responsibilities

  • Artist Sourcing: Hunt, close and accompany the best new artists  to join the worldwide leading online art gallery.
  • Support: Identify and manage inbound requests from our artists and designers in order to resolve their queries with practical solutions in a timely manner. You will support creators with various demands linked to pre-sale (collector's offers management), post-sale (invoicing), visibility and portfolio management. 
  • Portfolio optimization: Deploy proactive actions to help creators improve their profiles and enhance their performance on the platform. Based on the data we have on creator performance, you will proactively share tips and customized tools to help them improve the quality of their page on SINGULART, as well as receive and report feedback.
  • Knowledge base management:Organize and maintain our knowledge base updated.
  • The main objective? Empower Artists and Designers from across the world through digital!

    Your main KPI's: Number of artists successfully onboarded, Ticket response rate and resolution time, Creators NPS. 

    Your background

  • You have had first hands-on experience working in the field of customer service or business development (regardless of the sector of activity and the type of company)
  • Fluency in English and in German is required - Another language is a plus
  • Experience in Project Management and/or Business Development is a big plus

  • Passionate about customer relations: you are known for your human qualities and your excellent written and oral communication skills. You know communication is key, and you understand that customer service is essential to make a young company move forward
  • Precise and organised: you are a structured thinker, and you are able to prioritise your tasks to reach the objectives assigned to you
  • Problem solver/opportunity finder: you thrive on tackling challenges, and you ask the right questions in order to understand the artist's needs
  • Proactive and bold: you have a strong test & learn spirit and are able to implement new ideas in a fast-paced environment
