As Product Marketing Lead, you are the connective tissue between what Sifflet builds and what the market understands. You sit within the Marketing team with close, daily collaboration with the Product team. You own product content end to end: from the launch of a new capability to the talking points a sales rep uses in a discovery call.
This role is designed for someone who is as comfortable writing a technical explainer as they are crafting a positioning doc or running an enablement session. You are rigorous, fast, and opinionated about messaging.
Messaging & Positioning
Define and maintain Sifflet’s product messaging: core positioning, value propositions by segment, and competitive differentiation.
Translate roadmap evolutions and feature releases into coherent, compelling market narratives across all channels.
Ensure consistency of the product story across the website, sales materials, content, and events.
Product Launches & Campaigns
Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new features and product releases: messaging, timing, asset production, and activation.
Collaborate with Content, Demand Gen, and Design to produce high-quality product assets including one-pagers, landing pages, demo scripts, and videos.
Track and measure campaign impact; iterate based on data.
Technical Content
Co-write and own technically credible content alongside product managers, engineers, and solutions architects: deep-dive blog posts, solution briefs, use case guides, and integration documentation.
Make complex data infrastructure concepts accessible to both technical practitioners and business decision-makers without diluting the substance.
Build and maintain Sifflet’s authority on data observability, data quality, and data governance topics.
Product Feedback Loop
Systematically surface market signals to the Product team: customer feedback, sales objections, competitive moves, and analyst perspectives.
Participate actively in product rituals including roadmap reviews and discovery sessions to bring the go-to-market lens into product decisions.
Build a continuous feedback loop between the field (sales, CS, partners) and the product organization.
Sales & Partner Enablement
Produce and maintain enablement resources for the Sales team: battle cards, objection handling guides, discovery frameworks, and pitch decks.
Run regular product training sessions to keep commercial teams sharp on new features, updated messaging, and competitive positioning.
Develop enablement assets for integration partners and resellers.
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS context with a data, analytics, or infrastructure product.
Exceptional writing skills in English.
You write fast, with a clear point of view, and you know how to adapt your register from a technical audience to a C-suite reader.
Proven ability to co-create technical content with engineers or product managers. You are not intimidated by a schema diagram or a SQL snippet.
You have worked in close collaboration with a product team and know how to read a roadmap, challenge a priority, and advocate for a use case.
Comfortable with technical buyer personas (data engineers, analytics engineers, data platform leads) without losing sight of economic buyers (Head of Data, CDO, CTO).
Results-oriented: you measure what you build and adjust based on what you learn.
Autonomous and organized, capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Nice to have
Hands-on familiarity with the modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, or similar) as a user or in a closely adjacent marketing role.
Experience launching products at a Series A or B stage startup.
Knowledge of the data observability or data quality market landscape.
Experience building a sales enablement program from scratch.
Ability to write in French as well as English.
