Job and recruitment context

⭐️ Opening line ⭐️

Implicity is scaling fast — and so must the tools that power our teams. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager — Internal Tooling & AI to own the vision and execution of our internal software ecosystem.

From redesigning our Back Office platform to deploying AI agents and employee augmentation tools (Claude Cowork, N8N automations, MCP-powered apps), you’ll be the driving force behind how every Implicity team works smarter.

This is a rare opportunity to shape internal product strategy at a MedTech scale-up where your work directly accelerates patient care — by making our teams radically more efficient.

You’ll join an AI-native Internal Efficiency team that serves as a showcase for what AI-augmented teams can achieve. From ideation to delivery, every stage of the product lifecycle is enhanced by AI — we don’t just build AI tools for others, we live and breathe them ourselves. This team is the proof of concept for the future of work at Implicity, and you’ll be at the center of it.

🤝 Reporting Structure

Direct Report: Louay Gargoum (CTO)

Collaboration: This is a horizontal role. You’ll work closely with every department — Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, and Data — to understand their workflows, pain points, and unlock productivity gains through great internal products.

🧠 Your missions

As Senior Product Manager — Internal Tooling & AI, your core mission will be to define, build, and continuously improve the internal tools and AI-powered workflows that make Implicity teams exceptionally productive.

You will:

  • Own the Back Office Revamp: Lead the end-to-end redesign of Implicity’s internal operations platform (customer onboarding, support workflows, billing). Define the product vision, prioritize features, and drive delivery with engineering squads.

  • Drive the Agentic AI Roadmap: Define and ship AI-powered internal tools — from Claude Cowork configurations and custom AI agents to MCP servers and LLM-powered applications. You’ll decide what gets built, how it integrates, and measure its impact on team productivity.

  • Scale Automation Workflows: Own the N8N automation platform strategy. Identify high-value automation opportunities across departments, prioritize them, and work with engineering to deliver reliable, maintainable workflows.

  • Champion Employee Augmentation: Be the internal evangelist and product owner for AI augmentation tools. Drive adoption of Claude Cowork and other AI-assisted workflows across every team — from Sales to Clinical to Engineering. Measure usage, gather feedback, and iterate.

  • Act as the Internal Product Partner for Every Team: Run discovery across all departments to surface inefficiencies, manual bottlenecks, and tooling gaps. Translate business needs into a clear, prioritized internal product roadmap with quarterly OKRs.

At Implicity, you will have a weekly meeting with your manager to help you succeed in your mission and continuously improve your skills.

Each team works with quarterly OKR, to be crystal clear, fair and honest with your targets.

The annual appraisal is a shared exchange moment, focused on your development.

🧁 Our Technical Environment

  • Back Office stack: Internal web applications (Angular / TypeScript), REST APIs, PostgreSQL

  • AI & Agents: Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google), MCP protocol, Claude Cowork, custom AI agents, shared agent skills

  • Automation: N8N (self-hosted), Jira Automation, Slack workflows, Notion integrations

  • Collaboration: Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Jira

  • Infrastructure: AWS, CI/CD pipelines, Grafana, monitoring & observability tools

🥇 Your Profile and Mindset

Experience Profile

  • Seniority & Experience: 5-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focused on internal tools, developer experience, or operational platforms.

  • Sector Experience (Bonus): HealthTech, MedTech, or regulated industries. Familiarity with SaaS B2B internal tooling is a strong plus.

  • Education: Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.

  • Technical Fluency: You don’t need to be a software engineer — but you must deeply understand APIs, data flows, AI/LLM capabilities, and modern dev workflows. You’re at ease with vibecoding. You can read a technical spec, challenge an architecture decision, and prototype a workflow in N8N or an AI coding assistant.

Mindset and Soft Skills

  • Systems Thinker: You see the forest and the trees. You can map complex cross-departmental workflows and identify the highest-leverage improvements.

  • AI-Native Curiosity: You’re genuinely excited about LLMs, agents, and automation. You’ve used tools like ChatGPT, Claude Cowork (or similar), or Copilot extensively and have opinions on how they should be deployed in a workplace.

  • Bias for Action: You ship. You’d rather launch a v0.1 and iterate than spend months on specs. You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.

  • Empathetic Communicator: You can talk to a clinical operations manager and an engineer in the same afternoon, understand both perspectives, and translate between them.

A Note on Applying: We know the perfect candidate doesn't exist. If you believe you possess the core required experience and strongly align with this mindset, we highly encourage you to apply.
