We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team and lead a team of 4 Account Executives in driving sales growth in Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, as well as experience managing and coaching sales teams.
Build and manage a high-performing team of 4 Account Executives, providing coaching and guidance to help them meet or exceed their sales targets.
Develop and implement a sales strategy for Shipup’s expansion into the European markets, particularly UK-I, France, and the Nordics. This includes identifying key target accounts and building relationships with key decision-makers.
Manage the sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales metrics and KPIs.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and priorities.
Continuously analyze and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including implementing new tools and technologies where appropriate.
Represent Shipup at trade shows, conferences, and other events as needed.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
2+ years of experience managing and coaching sales teams, focusing on driving performance and growth.
Experience in the SaaS e-commerce market, particularly in the UK-I markets preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Fluency in English, and ideally in French and/or one other European language.
