What’s a Senior Software Engineer, at Seyna ?

You will build Seyna’s tech platform within a squad of Software Engineers and Product Manager. We expect you to bring your coding skills, technical knowledge and team spirit to your squad to make that happen !

More specifically you will :

• Execute the product roadmap within your squad, enabling Seyna’s fast growth. Participate in design and estimations, deliver code, reviews, tests, documentation and deployment
• Actively push your squad delivery : help squad member with the subjects you master, challenge your squad’s PM to ensure the relevance and precision of the specs
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the platform : infrastructure, architecture, data, devops…
• Report directly to your Engineering Manager and participate in your squad’s engineering decisions

What we hope you have

• 2+ years experience as a senior software engineer
• Full proficiency and knowledge of the main components of our stack (Javascript/Typescript, Serverless AWS, React, GitHub…)
• Broad technical culture (languages, tools, best practices…)
• Result-driven, business-aware mindset with a high sense of ownership
• Good communication within your team and with the leadership, in French and English
• Reliable and self-sufficient
