The team is composed of 8 people, and you will be under the responsibility of the Managing Partner.

During your internship, you will help the team on the following topics:

• Project management for new fund-raising activities: preparation/update of dataroom, responses to investor questionnaires, quantitative market analysis,

• Preparation and updating of marketing documentation (pitches) for different funds managed by Seven2,

• Preparation of supporting documents for Annual General Meeting & Board of advisors,

• Update Investor Relations databases, including investor/prospect lists, and improve tracking of LP/prospect contacts with LPs and prospects,

• Update the Investors section of Seven2’s CRM,

• Market watch (e.g. benchmarking performance of competing funds),

• Help organize conferences.

• Education: Master student in corporate finance or business school specializing in finance

• Prior 6+ months experience in Private Equity, Transaction Services or Strategy Consulting

• Master financial modeling in Excel

• Master the creation of Powerpoint slides and Word memos

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and in English

• Professionalism, rigor, proactiveness, curiosity and strong motivation for Private Equity
