We’re looking for a Senior People Business Partner & Chief of Staff to support our teams across the United States, Canada, and Latin America, with a leadership presence in our Austin office.
In this hybrid role, you will:
Act as Senior People Business Partner for North America, providing strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.
Serve as Chief of Staff to our Chief Revenue Officer (Global) and CEO of the Americas, helping drive execution and alignment across our commercial organization.
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (Global) and CEO of the Americas, you’ll work closely with the VP of People (Paris) and the Global People Management team. You’ll also supervise a small team overseeing People Operations for the region.
People Business Partnering:
Serve as a strategic partner to managers and employees across the US and Canada.Manage core HR processes: performance reviews, salary reviews, talent reviews, and succession planning.Empower managers in employee relations, engagement, development, and team structuring. Ensure compliance with US and Canadian labour laws, working with Legal and external counsel as needed.Collaborate with global People partners to adapt company-wide initiatives to local needs while ensuring alignment.Own and spearhead all aspects of office management to ensure a seamless, well-supported workplace experience.Oversee and mentor a People Operations team of 2, responsible for: Onboarding & offboarding, Payroll & benefits (US & Canada), People, tools, and administration (Gusto, BambooHR, Navia, etc.), Employee experience and office coordination, Visa applications and employment verificationsChief of Staff to the CRO & CEO Americas:
Act as a strategic thought partner: define priorities, Partner in finding resolutions, and set management team agendas.Prepare and follow up on management team meetings, QBRs, board updates, and cross-functional reviews.Facilitate communication and alignment across global and regional teams. Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts.What Will Help You Succeed:
7–10 years of experience in People Business Partner, Chief of Staff, or strategic operations roles, ideally in a fast-paced SaaS or tech scale-up environment.A track record of building strong partnerships with C-level leaders.In-depth knowledge of compensation, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy.Strong program and project management skills: ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver impact.Fluency in US and Canadian employment regulations.High emotional intelligence, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels. Previous team management experience is a strong plus.What We Offer:
