🎯 Your mission: Lead sales performance & grow your team’s potential

As Team Leader AE, you hold a strategic position in the organization.

Your goal: structure, support, and empower a growing team of AEs in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

You’ll be involved in every stage of the sales cycle to ensure target achievement, process optimization, and flawless execution.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Hands-on coaching:

    Actively participate in sales calls (approx. 10/week) across the entire sales cycle: qualification, discovery, negotiation, closing…

  • Sales performance management:

    Monitor pipelines, forecasts, and KPIs. Analyze data, run coaching sessions, and ensure high commercial standards.

  • Training & team development:

    Run regular training sessions, provide individual feedback, and lead weekly 1:1s to help every team member reach their full potential.

  • International development:

    Lead and support our International Business Developer in the acquisition of new strategic accounts and market entry efforts, especially in the US, one of our key growth priorities.

  • Cross-team collaboration:

    Work closely with Elise (Head of Marketing), Camille (Team Leader SDR/BDR), and other stakeholders to ensure a unified and effective go-to-market approach.

Requisitos

🔍 What we’re looking for

  • Fluent in English — C2 level

  • Proven international experience as a Sales Rep or Sales Manager

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing sales teams

  • Comfortable with complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders

  • Strong command of CRM tools, KPIs, and sales performance techniques

  • A mix of leadership, rigor, and strong interpersonal skills

  • You’re both hands-on and strategic, with a collaborative mindset


💼 Salary & benefits

  • Attractive package: €50K–65K base + €30K variable

  • Variable compensation based on team performance, not individual deals

  • Remote-friendly: 2 days per week (after onboarding)

  • Contract: Full-time, permanent (CDI)
