Descripción del puesto

Your mission

• Support the CTO with backend design and development

• Develop and maintain scalable & reliable products’ inner-workings

• Develop and deploy Scaleflex backend infrastructure’s (500+ servers, 20+ data centers)

• Test and document, contribute to processes setup

Skills to succeed

  1. Technologies and Skills required:

• SQL architecture

• PL/PGSQL and PL/PYTHON

• Complex types (hstore, jsonb, etc.)

• Advanced indexing

• “C extensions” a definitive plus

  1. Nice to have:

• Previous experience with high-scale & high-performance pgSQL clusters

• Previous experience with ClickHouse DBMS

• Some Unix / Bash scripting knowledge

• Any back-end programming language like Golang, Python, etc.

Requisitos

Preferred experience

In order to fit with our culture, you must be/have:

• Quick learner and force of proposition

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science or at least a significant hands-on experience

• 5+ years exp. as Database Administrator / Engineer

• Familiarity with developing micro-services

• Database administration is a plus

• Mathematical background is a plus

• Stat-up experience is a plus
