We are seeking a Reseller Partner Manager based in our head office (Montrouge), to recruit, develop, and then manage the future network of reseller partners.

You will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle - from identifying and signing new partners to enabling them to successfully resell Ringover to their end customers.

This role combines business development, account management, and sales enablement. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Customer Success, Product) to ensure partners are empowered to drive recurring revenue.

Votre profil

+5 years in Channel/Partner Management, Reseller Sales into the SaaS B2B and ideally into the CCaaS.

Proven success managing VARs, MSPs, or reseller ecosystems

Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and French

Spanish or Dutch are a big plus

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner Recruitment & Acquisition
    • Identify, target, and engage potential reseller partners (VARs, MSPs, IT resellers).
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle: pitching, negotiation, and contract execution.
    • Onboarding & Enablement
    • Lead onboarding programs to train partners on Ringover’s value proposition, solutions, and sales process
    • Develop sales tools, collateral, and training sessions to support partner success.
    • Partner Success & Revenue Growth
    • Act as the primary point of contact for reseller partners
    • Support partners throughout their sales cycle: pricing, quoting, and solution positioning
    • Drive pipeline reviews and joint go-to-market initiatives to increase partner-led revenue.
    • Relationship Management
    • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
    • Foster long-term collaboration by aligning Ringover’s solutions with partners’ business models.
    • Reporting & Performance
    • Track partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, activation)
    • Provide regular forecasts, feedback, and market insights to the Global Head of Partnerships.
