JOB DESCRIPTION & MISSION:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Site Reliability Engineer/Support & Deployment Engineer with a variety of missions:
Pre-sales discussion and deployment:
Create and maintain a technical relationship with our customers’ IT services regarding workflow design, cybersecurity and software deployment
Review customer’s IT environment to implement best integration solution between a customer’s PACS and other healthcare systems prior to the deployment
Lead the operational deployment of such solutions: virtual machine configuration, Kubernetes deployment, VPN/network configuration, communication with IT systems
Support:
Gather, analyze, and resolve technical issues and problems for customers across different levels of complexity: L1, L2, and L3 support.
Monitor software activities to track performance and functionality.
Development:
Lead technical discussions with our partners to ensure smooth deployment, particularly with marketplaces and indirect channels
Manage the technical integration roadmap in coordination with the commercial team to align technical resources and capabilities with business requirements
Design and deploy tools for monitoring and troubleshooting software performance
You will be part of the infrastructure team and you will report to the Head of Engineering.
PROFILE:
IT/computer sciences/healthcare informatics background preferred
At least 4 years of experience as Interoperability/Informatics/Infrastructure/Development Engineer, ideally in medical imaging
Organized and autonomous
Operational and proactive
Curious, keen to learn and to work with a multidisciplinary team
Excellent customer interaction skills, both verbal and written
SKILLS & experience:
REQUIRED:
At ease with development (Python, shell…)
Knowledge of software architecture (Kubernetes, Docker) and its related topics (Cybersecurity, GDPR…)
Knowledge of network configuration: TCP/IP, VPN
Experience with Information Systems Integration
Unix and/or Linux experience

Communication skills both internally and with clients
