Join us as a Tax Manager to develop and implement our tax planning strategy, ensure continuous tax compliance across the whole group, and be the expert in this field within the Finance organization and the Qonto organization as a whole.


Work closely with the Finance, Legal, Business and Product departments to make impactful decisions that will shape the financial future of Qonto.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Tax Manager at Qonto, you will:


Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing tax practices and create a clear improvement roadmap.

Develop and manage Qonto's international tax strategy, focusing on compliance, transfer pricing and optimization

Serve as the primary point of contact for all tax-related queries within the company, advising senior management on strategic tax decisions.

Manage relationships with external tax consultants and authorities, ensuring effective collaboration and compliance.

Drive the implementation of tax optimization projects, delivering quick wins and establishing a long-term tax strategy.

🤝 About your future manager:


Emmanuel, Head of Core Finance, is known for his strategic insight and supportive leadership style. He has extensive experience in finance leadership positions, including on the oversight of Tax and Transfer pricing strategy implementation. He values autonomy while providing the guidance necessary for team growth and success.


🏅 About You:


Experience: You have a proven track record of a minimum 8 years in international tax management, ideally within a services-based company with multiple international entities including France.

Skills: Expertise in transfer pricing, strategic tax planning, and C-level stakeholder management. Fluent in English and French, with advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications: A diploma in fiscal law or a related field.
