Join us as a Regulatory Reporting Officer to streamline and strengthen Qonto's regulatory reporting processes, ensuring compliance with evolving regulations.


You will be part of the growing Risk & Compliance function and report to Alexandre, our Lead Regulatory & Internal Governance.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Regulatory Reporting Officer at Qonto, you will


Manage and submit accurate regulatory reports to Qonto’s Banking supervisors on time. 

Develop scalable reporting processes to support Qonto's growth.

Collaborate with various teams to gather necessary data, ensuring reports are comprehensive and sent on time.

Continuously update reporting practices in line with regulatory changes.

Engage in cross-functional projects to enhance overall regulatory understanding and compliance.

🤝 About your future Manager


His background? Has worked in Regulatory Compliance for over 5 years on international markets at HSBC. Alexandre has a deep understanding and knowledge of the regulation and its specificities


What he can bring to the team? Upon joining Qonto, Alexandre created a collaborative and inspiring team from scratch. His scope not only includes France but also our international markets (Italy, Spain, and Germany). He will be the perfect manager to help you grow and understand the challenges of compliance in a hyper-growth environment

Alexandre is our DPO and the one in direct connection with Qonto’s regulators (ACPR, CNIL, branch regulators), this strategic position will offer you a lot of visibility on how the world of compliance truly works


🏅About You


Experience: You have a minimum of regulatory reporting 2/3 years of experience in banks or FinTech companies.

Mastery: You are proficient in Excel and Python experience would be a plus

Strong analytical and project management skills are part of your daily work toolkit.

Languages: You speak English fluently and at least one of our local languages, French, Spanish, Italian or German.

Teamwork: You have Excellent teamwork and stakeholder management abilities.
