As part of our 40+ French team, you will have the mission to make Qonto shine and build a partner ecosystem with the most beautiful French companies to improve our customer experience and acquisition.

As a Partnerships apprentice at Qonto, you will join our Partnerships team of 10 FTEs, led by Germain, our Director of Partnerships.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Partnerships intern at Qonto, you will

Define and execute the partnership's roadmap by targeting marketplaces, industry associations (CCI, Advisors, Lawyers…) and other strategic partnerships to drive new customer acquisition and revenues.

Structure and negotiate partnership agreements.

Own the project delivery by ensuring commitments are met once the contract is signed, manage the relationship and drive future improvements with all partners.

🏅About You

Education: You are studying in a Business School or in a University specialising in Business Management

Experience: You have a keen interest in business development or a previous experience in a sales environment.

Relationship skills: You thrive from building relationships and managing partnerships.

Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy, in a hyper-growth context.

Communication: You have experience in ****communicating and collaborating in an international environment.

Project Management: Your high level of organization help you to manage several projects at the same time.

Languages: You speak both French and English fluently.

💪 Our hiring process:

- A 60 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan and answer any questions you may have

- A 60 min video call with your future manager, to be aligned on expectations on both sides and to talk about how you would work together

- A remote exercise to evaluate your skills and give you a taste of what working Qonto could be like

- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like

- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.

On average our process lasts 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
