THE ROLE

As a Consulting Systems Engineer, you're a strategic technical advisor for our most important clients in the Automotive and Manufacturing industries across the Nordics. You won't just be selling technology; you'll be a trusted partner, translating business challenges into tangible, outcome-based solutions. This is a senior-level role where you'll leverage your deep industry knowledge and technical expertise to influence C-level decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and drive our clients' digital transformation journeys.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define and architect end-to-end solutions that meet customer business needs, encompassing technology, implementation methods, and financial models.

• Lead technical discussions and presentations to a variety of stakeholders, from C-suite executives to developers and storage administrators, building strong, trusting relationships.

• Guide the sales team by providing technical leadership and expertise, ensuring our solutions are optimally positioned to win in a competitive environment.

• Collaborate with internal teams like engineering and product management to identify key market trends and influence our product roadmap.

• Create valuable technical collateral such as presentations, whitepapers, and proofs-of-concept to support business development and sales objectives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A strong background in pre-sales engineering with expertise in enterprise storage, networking, and systems solutions, particularly within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.

• Strategic thinking with the ability to bridge business acumen, IT strategy, and technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, including modern data management, storage architectures (FC, iSCSI, NAS), cloud-native architectures, and virtualization.

• An entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset with the ability to act as a strong individual contributor and a technical leader.
