Who are they?

Créée par une équipe d’ingénieurs expérimentés à la fois en Tech et en Opérations industrielles, Pelico édite un assistant intelligent pour les équipes opérationnelles en usine.
L’entreprise se donne l’ambition de combler le fossé opérationnel qui s’est créé ces dernières années entre les entreprises Tech avec des opérations physiques et des industriels établis.

La plateforme est utilisée au quotidien dans plusieurs usines par les équipes opérationnelles (approvisionneurs, contrôleurs de production, chefs d’atelier…) afin de gagner en transparence, anticiper les points de blocage et optimiser leur prise de décision opérationnelle quotidienne.

Job description

In relation with the Customer Operation team and with the supervision of our Customer Support Manager, you will participate in high value-added missions to conquer plants and to support industrial players in the transformation of their operations, while contributing to the Pelico Platform evolution & 360° customer experience.

You will have the opportunity to write a fantastic story about reinventing industrial operations, grow with an early stage startup and join an ambitious team who works in a very good and caring spirit.

Missions 🏆

Integration

  • Integrate, setup and customize the service support platform based on the chosen solution
  • Assist the team on putting in place automated workflows to streamline processes, increase customer satisfaction and internal productivity

Knowledge base

  • Build a Help center to improve self-service of Pelico’s products and services

Customer support

  • Work with end-users to diagnose and resolve routine technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Track and document all technical issues and the steps taken to resolution
  • Assist the team in building the best customer journey to create the most effective self-service support
