At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the Enterprises, business that have more than 20 point of sales and the SMB's (Small & Medium businesses).

You will contribute of our market share for the Italian market by analysing by defining the sales strategy from prospecting stage to final closing. Your goal will also be to upsell clients and work closely with other departments to help on the expansion strategy toward your specific market.

Silvia: Silvia: Born and raised in Acquaviva delle Fonti, a small town close to Bari in the south of Italy. After her first experiences abroad in the UK and the US, she discovered her passion for travelling, and she decided to move first to Milan for university and then to settle in Barcelona. She loves meeting new people, going to the beach, spending time with her family and having great fun with her friends!

Fatim: She was born in Macerata a small city in the centre of Italy. After high school, she decided to move in the north of Italy to attend the university, where she had the chance to do an Erasmus in Lisbon. During her free time she likes biking through the streets of Barcelona, skateboarding, going to the beach and most importantly having fun with friends.

Your Manager: 

Filippo: He's our Head of Sales Italy! He is from the best food region in Italy, Ravenna in Emilia-Romagna! Filippo loves skiing, playing football and travels whenever he can to places with a lot of nature to explore.


  • Study your market and to define target companies on the region
  • Manage client calls, coordinate with Partoo’s internal teams, and to provide insights that foster our local adaptation in Italy
  • Manage complex, long-term sales cycles with internal and external contacts,
  • Identify and prospect new clients along with your BDR
  • Determine sales action plans to increase our market share
  • Grow our client portfolio in your territory by signing new contracts and upsell
  • Develop partnerships with local agencies that can resell Partoo
  • Participate in the optimization of the CRM (Salesforce)
  • Attend events where client prospection can take place.

  • You're an enthusiastic sales profile with 3 years of experience in new sales acquisition and are comfortable managing complex sales meetings
  • You have experience building clients' relationships and a good knowledge of project management
  • You enjoy hunting and identifying new business opportunities
  • You're a good listener
  • You enjoy working with a team
  • Knowledge of the start-up world, being digital savvy and having a good SEO knowledge are a plus
  • You want to invest in an intense human adventure with a growing team
  • You are comfortable in English (the position has a strong international dimension)
