E-Commerce Manager Western Europe – Trade & Content (FR / ES / PT websites)

 

 

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead the trading activity (content & promotions) across our three key European Pandora.net websites (France, Spain and Portugal). You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, optimising the customer journey and managing a multicultural team to accelerate the growth of platforms that have consistently expanded year after year.

This role requires a strong blend of commercial mindset and people leadership — someone able to analyse performance, define strategy and mobilise teams to execute flawlessly.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Commercial & Trading Performance

  • Own the online trading calendar across FR / ES / PT
  • Drive revenue, conversion rate, AOV and margin growth
  • Define promotional strategy (campaigns, offers, launches)
  • Optimise site merchandising and customer journey
  • Ensure local relevance while maintaining global brand consistency
  • Monitor KPIs daily and react quickly to performance trends
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Merchandising, CRM and Media teams to maximise impact

 

Content & Experience

  • Lead homepage, category and product storytelling strategy
  • Ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and product launches
  • Continuously improve UX and commercial visibility of key products
  • Collaborate in the optimisation of content performance through A/B testing and personalisation

 

Tools & Personalisation

  • Manage and leverage:
    • SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
    • Amplience (CMS / content delivery)
    • Bloomreach (search & merchandising)
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and collaborate on improvements implementations.

 

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Manage and develop a multicultural eCommerce team
  • Create clear priorities and empower local ecom specialists
  • Foster a performance-driven and test-and-learn culture
  • Coordinate agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Global and other clusters counterparts.

 


Requisitos

Profile description:

Your Profile: 

 

Experience

  • 8–10 years in eCommerce / Digital Trading
  • Proven track record managing multi-country websites
  • Experience leading multicultural teams
  • Strong commercial ownership and revenue accountability

 

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SFCC, Amplience, Bloomreach
  • Strong understanding of merchandising, CRO and personalisation
  • Data-driven decision maker (KPIs, testing)
  • Comfortable working with analytics and performance reports

 

Leadership & Soft Skills

  • Strong manager and team motivator
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem solver
  • Able to balance strategic vision and operational execution

 

Languages

  • Fluent English required
  • French and Spanish strongly preferred
