We are seeking a Data Scientist Intern to take the lead in designing and optimizing our data workflows. In this role, you will participate in key projects with immediate applications for finding new cancer cures.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of key product offerings at Orakl, that will optimize of the drug discovery process.

• Build and integrate Large Language Model (LLM) pipelines to automate internal workflows, including data curation and insight extraction at scale.

• Collaborate with Orakl biologists to improve data flows and tooling in the lab.

Minimum Qualifications

• BSc, MSc, MEng or any related diploma in the field of statistics, machine learning or data science.

• Passion for the intersection of data, biology and the clinic.

• Exceptional quantitative and mathematical skills. Deep knowledge in statistics is required.

• Exceptional software development skills in Python with prior experience of the modern tech development stack.

• Exceptional collaboration an communication skills.

• Proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in working with the modern code development toolbox (Github, AWS, etc.)

• Past experience in bioinformatics or the manipulation of genomic data is a plus.
