At Nexans, your work powers the global transition to renewable energy. We offer meaningful careers with purpose, backed by over a century of expertise in electrification. You’ll benefit from flexible work options, international mobility, strong development programs, private health insurance, competitive pensions, company cabins, and a culture that values inclusion, innovation, and wellbeing. Coaching teams, facilitating workshops, and helping others succeed comes naturally to you. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methods such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, or variation reduction is a strong advantage — but mindset and drive matter just as much.
In this role, you’ll work across functions to drive simplification and continuous improvement within PWR-T operations.
