Namastay is looking for an International Sales Executive to join its growing team 🚀🙏🏼

We are looking for an ambitious, enthusiast Sales Executive, who wants to shake up the world of hospitality through technology.

MISSIONS 👨‍💻

  • Contact prospective hotels to sell our solution 🏨

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospection to closing.

  • Closing and smooth handover to CSM team until implementation

  • Build awareness of Namastay within the hospitality ecosystem

  • Leverage our CRM to increase the effectiveness of our sales approach 📊

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, implementation and product teams to improve pitch, strategy, and workflows

  • Establish Namastay’s reputation among prospects 🏆

The successful candidate 🥇will be an integral part of our sales team, working closely with the rest of the team to develop his/her own pipeline of prospects, establish a strategy, nurture inbound and outbound leads, and close deals with hotels’ General Management, Revenue Management and Digital departments.

JOB SPECS

LOCATION: Paris (preferably)
START DATE: ASAP  📅
COMPENSATION: 45k€ (+ 15k€ commission) 💰

Requisitos

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS  🌟

  • 3-5 years of experience in a high paced and fast growing startup 🏃‍♀️

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Very at ease with phone / video call selling ☎️

  • Demonstrable time management skills: go getter, persistent and goal oriented 🕵️‍♂️

  • Native English & Spanish preferably 🗣

NICE TO HAVE 

  • Tools: Salesforce CRM, Aircall, Slack, Google Suite

  • Hospitality & Tech industry knowledge 🏨

  • Analytical, organisational, and listening skills
