Relay the voice of employees to ensure their well-being
- Build a trustful relationship with employees and take regularly their pulse to ensure their well-being
- Identify areas of improvement and build/deploy action plan to make employees feel better when needed
- Spread our culture and values across the teams
Ensure and strengthen a perfect employee journey
- Train all new joiners on our people journey
- Support People’s growth through discussion and push for a path/journey
- Be the key people contact for our International teams and make sure they benefit from our processes and feel part of our culture and values
Manage people program
- Analyze trends and metrics with the people department
- Drive and animate our people programs with ou Chief People Officer : Performance reviews, salary raise exercises, career path implementation, etc.)
- Suggest new People programs
Collaborate with Managers
- Advise mid-managers on all HR topics (mobility, change management, entry, and exit, career development, training, etc.)
- Animate the manager journey to help them grow
- Monitor team performance with managers to ensure the success of their team/department
- Deal with situations that fall within the scope of collective and individual relations law
🏅About you
- You have at least 4 years of experience in an HR role (including minimum 2 years on HR business partner role)
- You demonstrate good interpersonal skills
- You have a strong positive mindset : there are no problems for you, but only solutions.
- You are autonomous and proactive
- You’re both strategic and operational and like working on diverse topics at the same time
- You like working in an international environnement and you speak english fluently !
